Fruity and refreshing, this is like a banana split in a pan! Try this luscious dessert for Valentine’s Day!
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Crushed Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1 pint Light Whipping Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 3 whole Bananas, Sliced
- 1 can (20 Oz. Size) Crushed Pineapple, Drained
- 1-½ cup Strawberries, Sliced (If Frozen, Thaw And Drain Well)
- 1-½ cup Blueberries, (If Frozen, Thaw And Drain Well)
Preparation
Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Beat in sugar. Refrigerate while you prepare the fruit.
Spread half of the whipping cream on top of the graham cracker crust. Layer bananas on top; then spread drained pineapple. Top with strawberries and blueberries. Spread remaining whipping cream on top.
Refrigerate for several hours. Easy and delicious! Enjoy!
