Description
BBQ chicken, cooked couscous and a happy tummy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Couscous
- ½ teaspoons Olive Oil
- ⅓ cups Onion, Chopped
- ½ cups Chicken, Cooked & Chopped (I Used A Left Over Grilled Chicken Breast)
- 1-½ Tablespoon BBQ Sauce Of Choice
Preparation
In a saucepan on medium-high heat, bring water to a boil. Add your dry couscous and immediately remove pan from flame. Allow couscous to absorb water for 10-15 minutes or until you can fluff it without any water remaining.
While couscous is cooking, heat the olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat and cook onions for 4-5 minutes or until translucent.
Combined cooked couscous, onions, chopped chicken and top it all with your favorite BBQ sauce and enjoy!
