Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- ⅔ pounds Lean Ground Beef
- ⅓ pounds Sausage
- 1 teaspoon Italian Herb Seasoning
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Add melted butter to a 9-inch or 10-inch oven safe skillet. Combine ground beef, sausage, Italian herb seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and press over the bottom and up the sides of your skillet, about 1/3 inch thick.Bake for 30 minutes.
Top with your favorite toppings and bake another 8–10 minutes.
