When life gets tough…beet it up! A 5-minute, easy-to-prepare, healthy smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 whole Medium Beet, Peeled And Cut Into Pieces
  • 6 whole Strawberries, Hulled
  • 3 whole Medjool Dates
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut (shredded Or Flaked)
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • Ice (optional)

Preparation

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with additional coconut flakes if desired. Sip! Slurp! Enjoy! Repeat.
