Healthy beet chips full with flavor, the perfect crispy veggie snack.
Ingredients
- 5 whole Beetroot
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 dash Sea Salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300°F (150ºC).
Slice the beetroot into 0.08 inch (2 mm) thick rounds. Put them into a big bowl and add olive oil and salt. Mix everything well before transferring to a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Roast the chips for about 40–50 minutes. It doesn’t take much time to go from roasted to burned, so please check on the chips occasionally.
