Description

A berry smoothie bowl full of powerful ingredients to really give your smoothie a nutritional boost.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Organic Pure Cranberry Juice (or Pomegranate Juice)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Gelatin Powder
  • 1 whole Organic Banana
  • ½ whole Avocado
  • 4 cubes Ice

Preparation

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. If too thick, add more juice. If too thin, add more ice.

Add your desired toppings! I used strawberries, blackberries, bananas, nuts, coconut shavings, and goji berries.
