A mildly spicy alternative to queso.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Sausage
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 10 ounces, weight Rotel
- Fritos Or Tortilla Chips, To Serve
Preparation
Brown sausage. Drain and add to a bowl with cream cheese and Rotel.
Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
