Not your grandma’s recipe! This peach crisp has a twist that makes it extra yummy and keeps your peaches from getting mushy. An easy and sweet treat for any night of the week!
Ingredients
- FOR THE PEACHES:
- 4 Peaches Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- ⅛ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Salt
- FOR THE CRUMBLE:
- 2 cups Corn Flakes (gently Crushed)
- ⅓ cups Butter, Softened
- ¼ cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In an 8×8 baking dish, mix peaches with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
In a medium bowl, mix together corn flakes, butter, brown sugar and flour using a fork. It will begin to look like a crumble. Once everything is mixed together, place on top of peach mixture and gently press down with a fork to fill any holes.
Bake 15–20 minutes until top is golden brown. Serve with vanilla bean ice cream and enjoy!
