Ingredients

  • 1  Banana, Peeled
  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • ¾ cups Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a blender, put the lid on and blend on high speed until combined, about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass. Enjoy!
