Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided
- 1 pound Skirt Steak
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Size) Fajita Seasoning
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper
- 1 whole Small White Onion
- 2 whole Jalapeno
- Cilantro And Scallion, Garnish
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Brush 1 tablespoon olive oil all over the meat. Sprinkle fajita seasoning on both sides of the steak along with sea salt and pepper. Set aside.
Slice peppers and onion into long strips. Cut jalapeño into rounds and chop cilantro and scallions for garnishing. Set aside.
Heat remaining oil in a cast iron skillet. Add steak and cook approximately 5 minutes each side. Add the peppers, onion and jalapeño and cover if possible. Let it cook for about 3–4 minutes.
Adjuster the salt and pepper, garnish with fresh cilantro and scallion and serve.
