    Description

    This delightfully sour-yet-sweet smoothie is the perfect accompaniment to a hot summer afternoon.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Ice (preferably Cubed)
    • 1 whole Ripe Banana (peeled)
    • 1 cup Acai Berry Sorbet
    • 1 cup Blueberries (preferably Fresh)
    • 1 cup Blackberries (preferably Fresh)
    • 1 Tablespoon Honey

    Preparation

    Add the cup of ice to the blender, Magic Bullet, or what-have-you.

    Add the banana to the ice, along with the sorbet, berries, and honey. Blend together until smooth; adding more honey if desired.
