Dip your chips into this delicious warm dip. You’ll be happy you did!
Ingredients
- 2 strips Pre-Cooked Bacon
- 1-½ cup Canned Black Beans, Rinsed, Drained.
- 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cups Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Panko Bread Crumbs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Microwave bacon for 1 minute and chop. Set aside.
In a food processor, add beans and pulse several times. Add softened cream cheese, bacon and black pepper. Process until smooth. Transfer to a nonstick baking dish and top with cheese and panko bread crumbs. Bake 10–12 minutes.
Serve warm with pita chips, crackers, or whatever you like!
