A very simple black bean dip for a party or a healthy side dish for any meal. It’s so full of flavor you’re going to love it!
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) White Shoepeg Corn
- ¼ cups Fresh Cilantro (or More To Taste, Finely Chopped)
- 1 whole Tomato, Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeño Pepper (seeded To Remove Heat)
- ½ whole Purple Onion (or More To Taste)
- 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 5 ounces, fluid Italian Dressing
Preparation
Throw all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Serve with Scoops or alone as a healthy side dish of black bean salad. (Dish is better after it marinates for 24 hours.)
