Black bean salsa with pineapple and jalapeno is the perfect partner for your next Mexican food dish! Fresh, healthy and full of flavor. Easy to prepare—10 minutes of prep time and 30 minutes for the flavors to meld, and voila! Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 Jalapeno
- ½ cups Diced Pineapple
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- ¼ cups Sweet Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ⅛ teaspoons Pepper
Preparation
So easy!
Drain and rinse black beans well. To a bowl, add all remaining ingredients along with drained and rinsed black beans. Mix and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving so that the flavors meld.
Note: I didn’t add onion to my recipe because our family doesn’t care for onions. But I think it would be great if you added about 1/4 cup diced red onion.
