Ingredients
- ¾ cups Skim Milk
- ¼ cups Plain, Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- ¾ cups Blackberries, Fresh Or Frozen
- 1 whole Banana, Peeled And Frozen
- 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
- ½ whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 teaspoon Honey
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients in a blender, put the lid on and blend until smooth. Serve immediately in two glasses.
