Blackberry Coconut Chia Pudding has amazing flavor—a fruity blackberry taste and crunchy coconut are a promising combination for a delicious breakfast, don’t you think?

Ingredients

  • FOR THE PUDDING:
  • 60 grams Fresh Blackberries
  • 120 milliliters Unsweetened Non Dairy Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Shredded Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 10 grams Coconut Flakes
  • 2 whole Fresh Blueberries

Preparation

Add blackberries and non-dairy milk into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Set aside.

In a small Mason jar (or a small glass), add chia seeds, shredded coconut, maple syrup, and blended berry mixture. Stir until combined. Tighten lid (or cover with plastic wrap). Place chia pudding in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Before serving, add coconut flakes and blackberries on top of the chia pudding.
