Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ Blood Orange, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 2 Blood Oranges, Peeled And Sectioned
- ¼ cups Pecan Pieces
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Cranberries
Preparation
In a medium bowl, whisk yogurt, vanilla extract, blood orange juice, and maple syrup until uniformly combined. Divide into bowls.
Roughly chop orange segments (I just cut each in half or thirds, depending on size). Divide between bowls.
Divide pecan pieces and dried cranberries between bowls. Drizzle with more maple syrup if desired.
