Blood Orange Sorbet Champagne Sparklers

    Description

    It’s a delicious and light dessert and a cocktail all in one!

    Ingredients

    • 2  Blood Oranges
    • 1 pint Blood Orange Sorbet
    • 1 bottle Chilled Champagne Or Prosecco, 750 Ml Bottle

    Preparation

    Cut two half-inch thick slices off of one of the blood oranges, and then cut each of those in half for the garnishes (so you’ll have 4 half-slices). Set aside.

    Squeeze the juice of the rest of the blood oranges into a pitcher or bowl then split it between 4 cocktail glasses. Add scoops of the blood orange sorbet into each glass.

    Fill the glasses with champagne (and then as we drink I just continue to top off the glasses until … the bottle is finished).
