Description

Adding my blue cheese dip to just about anything will cure any bland dish. Scoop it onto a burger, drizzle it on a salad, dip it with veggies.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, fluid Sour Cream
  • 16 ounces, fluid Mayonnaise
  • 16 ounces, fluid Cottage Cheese
  • 16 ounces, weight Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Cayenne
  • 2 Tablespoons Salt

Preparation

Add all ingredients and stir thoroughly.

I like my food a certain way and everyone has their own taste thresholds. So add or subtract the amount of spices and cheese to your taste. I usually add the minimum amount then mix and taste, and then add for taste. It’s better to err on the lesser side with spices and add more later than put too much and ruin the dish. As for the blue cheese, add as you please. I love blue cheese flavor but if you want a little less of it, add less and replace the rest with feta cheese accordingly.
