Description
My girls’ favorite smoothie. Blueberries and raspberries are the stars here.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Ice, Crushed
- 2 cups 100% Fruit Juice (fruit Punch)
- 4 Tablespoons Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 4 whole Mint Sprigs, For Garnish
Preparation
Add ice, juice, yogurt, blueberries and raspberries to a blender. Blend on frappe setting until smooth. Stop to stir if mixture will not blend. Juice can be added 1 tablespoon at a time if mixture is too thick to be blended (I like mine thick).
Pour, garnish with sprigs of mint and serve immediately. Enjoy!
