Blueberry Almond Smoothie

Description

My all-time favorite smoothie. It is recommended that you use a Vitamix or other high-powered blender because of the almonds.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Almonds, Soaked Overnight Covered On Counter
  • ½ cups Frozen Wild Blueberries
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ Tablespoons Tahini Paste
  • 1 whole Frozen Banana, Chopped Into Chunks
  • 1 teaspoon Real Maple Syrup, Optional

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a high-power blender and blend on high for a minute or two until smooth. Drink up and repeat every other day or so because it’s all you think about.
