This detoxing breakfast smoothie is loaded with vitamins and nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- ½ cups Water
- 1 whole Banana, Pre-sliced And Frozen
- ¾ cups Frozen Blueberries
- ¼ cups Orange Juice
Preparation
In a small bowl or glass, mix together chia seeds and water. Set aside to hydrate, about 1 hour, or leave in refrigerator to hydrate overnight.
Put all ingredients, including hydrated chia seeds, into a blender. Blend until smooth.
