Ingredients
- 3 Ice Cubes
- 1 cup Raw Baby Spinach
- ¾ cups Frozen Blueberries
- ¼ cups Walnuts
- 1 Banana
- 1 teaspoon Psyllium Husks
- 1 teaspoon Ground Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- ½ cups Coconut Water
- 1 teaspoon Honey, Stevia, Maple Syrup, Or Another Natural Sweetener
Preparation
Throw everything into a strong blender, like a Vitamix, and blend until smooth.
