- ½ cups Blueberries
- ½ Banana, Peeled
- ¼ cups Oats
- ⅓ cups Plain Yogurt
- ½ cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Psyillium Husks
- 1 Tablespoon Flax Seed Meal
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- ½ cups Ice Cubes, Or As Needed To Reach Desired Consistency
- 2 Tablespoons Protein Powder
