  • 1 cup Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries
  • 2  Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Water Or Coconut Water For Extra Sweetness
  • ½ cups Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a blender, and grate in the lemon zest. Blend. Done!
