Healthy, easy and quick to prepare this smoothie is a refreshing treat after a morning run or an afternoon in the hot sun.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Bananas, Peeled, Cut Into Chunks And Frozen
- ½ cups Skim Milk
- 2-¼ cups Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- ½ cups Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
Preparation
1. Place frozen banana chunks and 1/4 cup skim milk into a blender and blend until only a few small chunks remain.
2. Add blueberries, honey, Greek yogurt and remaining milk. Blend again until smooth or until it reaches your desired consistency, scraping sides occasionally.
3. Pour into glasses, top with a few more berries and serve!
Makes 3 cups.
