Ingredients
- 2 cups Low-fat Coconut Ice Cream Or Sorbet
- 1 cup Skim Milk Or Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 whole Small Bananas, Peeled, Sliced And Frozen
- 2 cups Fresh Blueberries, Divided
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded Coconut For Garnish
Preparation
In a blender or food processor, combine ice cream or sorbet, milk, banana, and all but 1/4 cup of blueberries. Puree until thick and smooth. Divide mixture among cold glasses. Sprinkle with shredded coconut, garnish with reserved blueberries, and serve immediately.
