Ingredients

  • 2 cups Low-fat Coconut Ice Cream Or Sorbet
  • 1 cup Skim Milk Or Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 whole Small Bananas, Peeled, Sliced And Frozen
  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries, Divided
  • 2 Tablespoons Shredded Coconut For Garnish

Preparation

In a blender or food processor, combine ice cream or sorbet, milk, banana, and all but 1/4 cup of blueberries. Puree until thick and smooth. Divide mixture among cold glasses. Sprinkle with shredded coconut, garnish with reserved blueberries, and serve immediately.
