Tart with a bit of sweet. A colorful way to start the day!

Ingredients

  • 1  Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Flaxseed
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Greek, Plain Nonfat Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey (Or Add To Taste)
  • ¼ cups Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes

Preparation

In a blender add the lemon zest, lemon juice, flax seed, blueberries, yogurt, honey, grapefruit juice and ice. Put the lid on and blend on the smoothie setting until fully combined and smooth. Serve right away.
