A refreshing smoothie for a hot summer day! Makes a good meal for breakfast or a summer-sipper to cool you down while sharing some spicy nachos outdoors.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries
- 1-½ cup Fresh Or Frozen Mango Chunks
- ½ cups Soy Milk
- 1-¼ cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- 1 sprig Fresh Mint, For Garnish (optional)
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a blender. Pulse a few times and blend until well combined . Add ice if you’re using fresh fruit. Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
