    Description

    A refreshing smoothie for a hot summer day! Makes a good meal for breakfast or a summer-sipper to cool you down while sharing some spicy nachos outdoors.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries
    • 1-½ cup Fresh Or Frozen Mango Chunks
    • ½ cups Soy Milk
    • 1-¼ cup Vanilla Yogurt
    • 1 dash Cinnamon
    • 1 sprig Fresh Mint, For Garnish (optional)

    Preparation

    Place all ingredients into a blender. Pulse a few times and blend until well combined . Add ice if you’re using fresh fruit. Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
