Here’s another great combination of flavors for an anytime smoothie.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces, weight Fresh Blueberries (you Can Use Frozen)
- 1 cup Low-fat (1%) Milk
- ½ cups Almond Milk
- 2 leaves Fresh Mint, Chopped
Preparation
In a blender pulse blueberries several times then add 1% milk, almond milk and chopped mint leaves and run on high 4 minutes. Serve in chilled glasses. Enjoy!
