Description

A creamy, sweet smoothie made with fresh blueberries and a hint of cinnamon. It tastes like a blueberry muffin.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk, Frozen
  • ½ cups Blueberries, Fresh
  • ¼ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Stevia

Preparation

In a blender add all the ingredients and process until smooth.

Note: You can also use non-frozen coconut milk and frozen blueberries.
