A great way to use ripe and sweet summer blueberries with a hint of nutmeg for a smooth and creamy treat!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- 8 ounces, fluid Skim Milk
Preparation
In a blender, combine ingredients until creamy and fluffy. Enjoy!
Note: I will often freeze 1 cup of fresh blueberries overnight to eat this for breakfast in the morning.
