Description
A light and refreshing smoothie that will get your morning started off right! Or you can freeze it in a bowl for a few hours and scrape it up with a spoon for a healthy treat!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Red Pear, Cored And Cubed
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1-½ cup Natural Lemon Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Preparation
Cut and core a whole pear into chunks. Add all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve!
You can also freeze all or any leftover smoothie for a few hours, scrape with a spoon and serve!
