Blueberry Pie Pancakes

Description

The pancakes are very hearty and very delicious. A great breakfast to fill you up and start your day!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 4 Tablespoons Ground Flax
  • ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • 1-½ cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 1-½ cup Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries

Preparation

Stir together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine milk, vanilla and oil. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Carefully fold in blueberries. Batter will be thick. You may add more milk to thin batter if needed. Pour batter onto greased skillet or griddle using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
