Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Flour
- ¾ cups Brown Sugar
- ¾ cups Butter
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 cups Blueberries, Frozen (you Can Substitute Raspberries, Strawberries, Etc,)
- ¼ cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- ¾ cups White Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Heat oven to 350ºF. Mix flour, sugar, butter, and baking soda together. Press into ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.
Mix blueberries, water and cornstarch in a 1-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Cool for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle white chocolate chips over crust. Spoon fruit mixture over white chocolate chips. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer.
Let cool and cut into bars.
