This Blushing Bouquet Tom Collins is the perfect floral gin cocktail for your romantic Valentine’s Day date night at home!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces, fluid Gin
- 2 ounces, fluid Elderflower And Rose Lemonade
- Chilled Sparkling Rosé Moscato, For Topping Off
- 2 Rose Petals, For Garnish (optional)
Preparation
Fill chilled collins glasses halfway with ice. In each glass, pour over 1 ounce gin, 1 ounce lemonade. Stir to combine.
Fill the rest of the glass with chilled sparkling rosé Moscato. Garnish with a rose petal (which I didn’t) and serve immediately.
