Description
For the last couple of months, this berry breakfast smoothie has become my go-to. I especially enjoy it because it’s something I can eat on the go: on the way to work, when I get into work, and even when I am getting ready in the morning. The protein in the yogurt and whey powder gets my day off to a healthy start and the fiber in the flax and chia seeds keeps me full until lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- ¾ cups Organic Frozen Berries
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
- ¼ cups Whey Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preparation
Add all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
