Breakfast Bruschetta—it’s not just for breakfast anymore. It’s great as an appetizer or an after-dinner dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf French Baguette, Sliced
- 1-½ cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 pint Blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 bunch Mint Leaves For Garnish
Preparation
Lightly toast the baguette slices. Spread each slice with a tablespoon or so of Greek yogurt. Sprinkle a few blueberries on each piece of toast and drizzle with honey. Put a mint leaf on each for garnish. Enjoy.
