Description

An easy, hearty, and fun breakfast recipe that can be easily tweaked based on what you have in your fridge!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Everything Bagel
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese (regular, Low Fat, Your Choice)
  • 5 slices Red Onion, Thin
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Salsa
  • ¼ cups Microgreens Or Sprouts

Preparation

Toast bagel.

In a medium frying pan, heat butter until melted. Add eggs and scramble. Sprinkle with desired amount of salt and pepper.

Spread cream cheese on toasted bagel. Add egg, onion, salsa, and sprouts.
