For when my girls want something fancier than Eggo’s, this breakfast pizza is delicious.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces, weight Turkey Sausage
- 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Pillsbury Reduced Fat Crescent Roll
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Frozen Shredded Hashbrown Potatoes
- 1 cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- ¼ cups Fat Free Milk
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ⅛ teaspoons Black Pepper
- 8 ounces, fluid Egg Substitute
Preparation
Cook sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Separate dough into triangles. Press triangles together to form a single round crust on a 12-inch pizza pan coated with cooking spray. Crimp edges of dough with fingers to form a rim.
Top prepared dough with parmesan cheese, sausage, potatoes, and cheddar cheese.
Combine milk, salt, pepper, and egg substitute, stirring with a whisk. Carefully pour milk mixture over sausage mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes or until crust is browned.
