Stuffed French toast pancake.
Ingredients
- 4 slices Extra Thin Bread
- 2 Tablespoons Jam
- 1 cup Thin Pancake Batter
- 1 cup Oil, For Frying
- ¼ cups Powdered Sugar (for Sprinkling)
Preparation
Make 2 jelly sandwiches, spreading jam on thick. Cut off crust and cut jelly sandwhich in fourths. Dip sandwiches into thinned pancake batter. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
