Description
Yummy fruit smoothie with a twist … quick oats are added for a well-rounded meal.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces, fluid Orange Juice
- ½ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
- ½ cups Blueberries, Organic, Frozen
- ½ cups Raspberries, Organic, Frozen
- 4 whole Strawberries, Organic, Frozen
- ¼ cups Quick Oats (uncooked)
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into a beautiful glass and enjoy! Quick and easy breakfast.
Note: I’ve made this with different fruits, without the honey and cinnamon, with non-fat milk instead of orange juice—the variations are endless. This version is my favorite.
