A fresh tasting smoothie that leaves you feeling satisfied longer.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Juice Of Choosing (Apple Or Berry Are My Favourites)
- 1 cup Frozen Fruit Of Choice
- 1 whole Banana
- ¼ cups Ice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoons Coconut Flavoured Extract
- ¼ cups Quick Cooking Oats
- ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon, Plus A Pinch For Garnish
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender, and puree until well blended. Divide among 4 tall glasses and garnish with nutmeg or cinnamon.
