    Description

    A fresh tasting smoothie that leaves you feeling satisfied longer.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cups Juice Of Choosing (Apple Or Berry Are My Favourites)
    • 1 cup Frozen Fruit Of Choice
    • 1 whole Banana
    • ¼ cups Ice
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    • ½ teaspoons Coconut Flavoured Extract
    • ¼ cups Quick Cooking Oats
    • ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon, Plus A Pinch For Garnish

    Preparation

    Place all ingredients in a blender, and puree until well blended. Divide among 4 tall glasses and garnish with nutmeg or cinnamon.
