Description

Delicious chocolate brownie pie.

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces, weight Brownie Mix
  • Additional Required Ingredients Specified In Brownie Mix Package (typically Water, Eggs, And Oil)
  • 7 ounces, weight Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
  • 4 cups Milk, Or As Directed On Pudding Package Directions
  • 8 ounces, weight Cool Whipped Topping
  • Semi Sweet Chocolate Shavings, For Garnish

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Prepare brownie mix according to box instructions (you’ll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in mix package). Place in a prepared Deep Dish 9-inch pie plate and bake 22–24 minutes, insert a toothpick, should comes out clean. Allow to cool.

While brownies are baking, make pudding using pudding mix and milk, as directed in package instructions. Once brownies have cooled, add pudding on top and smooth out with an offset spatula.

Add whipped topping and shaved chocolate. Refrigerate until ready to cut and serve.
