Creamy cheesy pasta with spicy Buffalo chicken. Your favorite party dip turned into an easy 30-minute meal!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Penne
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- ⅓ cups Hot Sauce
- ¾ cups Ranch Dressing
- 1-½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken
- ½ cups Cheddar Cheese
- Fresh Chives, For Garnish
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook penne according to box directions.
Combine cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch, and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Fold in pasta and chicken. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly.
Garnish with chives and drizzle with ranch if desired.
