Description
Make this fun burrito bowl meal for your friends and family.
Ingredients
- 2.72 kilograms Ground Beef
- 3 packages (10g Size) Taco Seasoning, (or 1 Tablespoon Seasoning Per Pound Of Beef)
- 6 cups Uncooked Basmati Or Jasmine Rice
- Spicy Black Beans (see My Recipe Box)
- 1 kilogram Shredded Cheddar Cheese Or Your Favorite Blend
- 2 whole Heads Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- 4 whole Avocados, Peeled And Diced
- Pico De Gallo (I Use PW’s Recipe)
- Avocado Lime Dressing Or Green Mexican Dressing (See My Recipe Box)
- 1 bag (370g Size) Fritos Corn Chips
- 1 bunch Cilantro (stems Removed)
- Limes, Cut In Quarters Or Eighths, To Serve (optional)
Preparation
Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Serve beef, beans, and all the other toppings over rice. Use foil pie pans as plates for an outdoor meal.
