An addictive sweet Chex mix that will keep you going back for handful after handful!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice Chex
- 2 cups Corn Chex
- 2 cups Wheat Chex
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 cups Pretzel Snaps (the Square Kind)
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 6 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1-¾ cup Butterscotch Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 250ºF.
Add all of the Chex, pecans, pretzels, sugar, and cinnamon to a roasting pan. Pour melted butter over the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool completely. Stir in butterscotch chips and enjoy!
