Popcorn coated in tasty butterscotch.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces, weight Butterscotch Baking Chips
- ⅓ cups Corn Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 6 cups Popcorn (popped)
Preparation
Heat butterscotch chips, corn syrup, and butter, stirring just until boiling.
Place popcorn in a large mixing bowl. Pour butterscotch mixture over popcorn and stir to coat.
Chill until cooled, about 15-30 minutes.
