Ingredients
- 4 slices Bacon
- 3 Tablespoons Canola Oil, Divided
- 1 pound Kielbasa Sausage Sliced In 1/4 Inch Rounds
- 1 Large Sweet Onion Cut In Half And Then Cut In Thin Crescents
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, Julienned
- ½ heads Green Cabbage, Cut In Thin Shreds
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Cook bacon in the wok over medium heat, rotating the slices from the center out. Place on paper towels to drain and set aside.
Add 1 tablespoon canola oil to wok and heat on high. Add kielbasa and cook until lightly browned. Remove to plate.
Add another tablespoon canola oil to wok and heat on high until just smoking. Add onion and red pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring a couple of times. Remove to plate.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon of canola oil to wok over high heat. Add cabbage and cook 3–4 minutes, stirring several times. Reduce heat, add garlic and cook for 1 additional minute. Sprinkle bacon over the top. Salt and pepper to taste.
