Description
Super-simple corn dip made with 5 easy ingredients. We call this “CAbi” corn dip because it is a favorite appetizer at CAbi clothing parties that I like to host with my friends. It was requested and gobbled up over and over again, and became known as “CAbi Corn Dip!” It comes together so easily, and is a healthy hit for any gathering!
Ingredients
- 2 cans Mexi-Corn (11 Oz. Cans)
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise (light Works Great, Too)
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ cups Shredded Cheese
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Open and drain the corn. Put it into a serving bowl. Mix in the lime juice, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper and shredded cheese. Add some salt and pepper, to taste. If you want some additional kick, add some hot peppers!
